After collecting the remains of the Hellasaurus, the employees of Dinotours Excursions put their attention on the CS APC that was disabled and abandoned. Socket put his considerable talents to good use and managed to rig a device to power the machine long enough to get it back 'home'. One it was in place, they saddled up and blazed a new path from the encampment right to the compound.
They barely recognized the place, since Kage and Lexington had spent the time that the others were away fixing the palisade and using Socket's Ferro-crete machine to make gravel 'roads' to the known attractions as well as new bungalows. It was obvious they had help since there was way more accomplished than the two of them alone could have been responsible for.
Ray attempted to scare Kage and Lexington using the rotten Hellasaurus head but didn't get much of a reaction. Kage was glad to see everyone because they were expecting a new group of tourists in a few short hours. Socket got busy overhauling the APC to determine what it needed while Ray went off to construct a display stand for the Hellasaurus and Butch with in conjunction with his large half dog half tiger companion continued to serve their primary function as compound security.
Once Ray had the Hellasaurus mounted, he went to check up on 'the neighbors'. When he arrived he discovered that two hatchlings were all that remained of the pack that he had been caring for for the better part of a month. He decided on the spot to try and smuggle them back into the camp and take care of them there.
Moments after Ray returned with his two charges concealed in his jacket, a group of three hover cycles and a large bus pulled down the new gravel driveway. Socket muttered something about having to do some more work on the APC and made himself scarce while Butch and Ray were asked by Kage to help settle the new tourists.
The bus backed up to the compound's entrance and a large door opened letting three men and a young woman exit. Immediately Ray began to welcome them while trying desperately to conceal the wriggling baby dinosaurs in his clothing. Thankfully there was so much to look at, that the tourists were mostly oblivious to the man's odd behavior. One of the tourists displayed a repugnant personality that rubbed everyone but Ray the wrong way since he was mostly oblivious to appropriate social norms, while the other two established themselves as a big game hunter and his man servant. In the middle of his welcome speech, Ray remembered there was a camera on the raptor nest and that he could use that to find out what happened to the pack, but then just as quickly as he made the revelation, he moved on and forgot about it. After the initial shock wore off Kage and Anton returned from the office and Anton appeared to point out one tourist in particular to Kage. Ray lead every one off to their lodging and that evening they all dined together and got to know one another.
The following day, Mr. Rigis and Jeeves went with Butch off to the North to try and find an Allosaurus to hunt, while Ray and Socket took Gi'Laduche and Jenny on a tour to see the Stegosaurus. Butch met with decent success but failed to find anything really big but Rigis was happy enough hunting a Dilophosaurus. Meanwhile Ray and Socket had to expertly fend off a massive prehistoric Crocodile called Sarcosuchus and make it look like it was all in a day's work. Ray had to hold Gi'Ladouche back from a suicidal plunge toward the giant monster, proving the overly arrogant Gi'Ladouche had more ego and bravado than he did brains.
The following day, everyone wanted to go see the Kopar and the 'Bone heads' so they all piled into the Cadillac hovercraft and headed toward the enclosure. On the way there Gi'Ladouche managed to annoy everyone in the car other than Ray, who maintained he was a cool guy. The situation likely would have lead to a fist fight but Ray gave Gi'Ladouchea bit of a psychic boost which provide him with just enough introspection that he actually apologized to Mr. Rigis prompting Jenny, Gi'Ladouche's wife, to stare slack-jawed at Gi'Ladouche for a good 15 minutes since she obviously had never seen him the least bit self aware.
When they arrived Gi'Ladouche continued to annoy everyone but this time his antics almost caused a dangerous situation as he got very close to the edge oft he viewing area and was being so loud and obnoxious that the dinosaurs took notice of the group and appeared to be trying to find ways to get around the minimal 'enclosure' that Dinotours had built. Ray interjected again and decided to remove himself and Gi'Ladouche from the equation and took him north to the lake to 'Grenade fish'.
While the rest of the Dinotours crew showed Mr. Rigis, Jeeves and Jenny some other interesting Dinosaurswap features, Ray spent the better part of an hour scrambling to keep the almost too dumb to live Gi'Ladouche alive. It started with Gi'Ladouche almost blowing both of them to bits with a grenade and then culminated with an impromptu alligator wrestling match. Gi'Ladouche proved to be incapable of doing the simplest of tasks and Ray surprisingly (or not) never got frustrated with him once.
After their adventure at the lake, Ray and Gi'Ladouche joined back up with everyone else as they headed to visit the Kopar city. When they arrived, Gi'Ladouche was playing a hand held video game and Ray made him pinky swear that he would keep it in his pocket while they were visiting with the Kopar, since Golden age tech was shunned there. After some coercion, Gi'Ladouche agreed and they headed inside.
Once inside everyone was on their best behavior until Gi'Ladouche got board and took out his game and started playing it. This made agitated and insulted the Kopar and Ray promptly destroyed the device and then while attempting to explain his reasoning to an indignant Gi'Ladouche, almost broke Gi'Ladouche's pinky finger off. Socket was alarmed by this and used his abilities to treat the wound, which turned out to be a seriously nasty sprain instead of a break, and then the whole group made haste back to the 'car'.
The evening, Kage explained to Ray that he can't do things like that and should never hurt the guests. Ray later apologized to Jenny who revealed that she did not necessarily like her life and that she was some how married to Gi'Ladouche via an arraignment between two powerful families. Everyone went to bed and then the following morning woke to find a rather awful surprise.
Some time during the night, Gi'Ladouche ended up face first in the Lankton's knot that they had planted and carefully cultivated as a means of showing tourists the dangerous plants int he area. Lexington started to freak out and woke all the 'employees' up at Kage's request. While they stood there trying to figure out what to do, Butch thought quicker than the others and put a plan into action. He had Lexington go steal Mr. Rigis's hunting rifle and then pitched it into the wilderness. He then told everyone to tell the same story that at some point in the night, Gi'Ladouche must have sneaked in and stole Mr. Rigis's gun to go hunt because he did not want to be shown up by the old man. It sounded like an amazingly plausible story and the only problem they had now was the body. While they were trying to figure out what to do with it, Ray simply went dragon form and ate it. This horrified Kage and he said that he and Ray would have along talk later about why that was wrong but by that point, the guests were starting to wake up.

Hellasaurus Rex
After milling about and observing for the better part of the day, The crew of Dinotours Excursions LLC found their way to the after bout party in the upper floors of the Primal Rage arena.
For reasons yet to be understood, Socket, who suffers from close to immobilizing social anxiety, fell into the roll of spokesperson by default. Finding their way through the party to the 'Player' area, Socket made an awkward introduction that was cut short when one of the players questioned why Butch was wearing a garish large red fur cape that he had purchased earlier in the day. Once Butch revealed that it was to conceal his massive golden age weapon, things got momentarily tense. Socket and Ray diffused the situation by speaking calmly to the players and convincing Butch to wait with the guards outside.
After everything calmed down, Socket and Ray were able to convince what amounted to the religious leaders of the SEEGA clan that working with Dinotours Excursions would be good for them because it would open them up to a larger market for goods and services not currently available to them. The SEEGA players were interested because they thought maybe this meant that they could find someone who could reproduce one of the mystical cabinets that brought them their religion.
Meanwhile, Butch made efforts to find out what was happening to the Kopar captives. he probed the guards for information about Sauron and was referred to a high priest of Sauron's order named Metlac. This was not a satisfying answer but he did learn that Sauron somehow 'uses' the Kopar but was told between the lines that he did not eat them. When the meeting was over and everyone was debriefed, Ray drank everything he found lying around at the party and then headed off to the pond with Socket for a nights rest.
The following morning as they prepared for the day's travel Butch noticed a group of SEEGA with a Raptor pulled cart heading into the wilderness. He had BrRaawwrr follow them and then when BrRaawwrr came back, butch followed him with a shout to the others that he would be back in a while.
A short walk through the woods later and Butch found himself standing at a gradual slope down to the subbasement of a wrecked golden age building. The building had a well used door leading into it and with a few precautionary calls of hello, Butch entered the building. He descended another two flights of stairs and eventually found himself in a large catacomb like set of rooms that appeared to be lined with desiccated bodies of Kopar stacked like cord wood. After collecting a few identifying pieces of jewelry, Butch tried to put the place behind him and headed back to camp. When Butch arrived at camp he tried again in vain to convince the others that this issue with the Kopar and the SEEGA would blow up in their face before Ray pointed out that Kage would be able to tell them what he thought when they returned.
Socket looked over the maps that they generated on their way here and determined that they could take a slightly more straightforward path back to the home office. After a day and a half of moving as fast as they could to get home, they began to encounter large peculiar constructs that were quickly identified as traps. Socket and Butch spent some time examining the traps and the area around them and were not able to come up with a good explanation as to who or what made them. Trying to puzzle it out, Butch pulled his rifle out and used the scope to survey the surrounding are and saw a vehicle in the distance. Ray noticed it as well and was off like a jack rabbit to investigate.
Butch and Socket took off after him not wanting to be split up. Ray and Socket arrived at a campsite where they discovered a well disabled CS APC and many weapons that were also interestingly disabled. They were about to leave the curious camp site when they heard a voice calling help to the west. Ray dashed off and Butch followed him. Ray failed to spot a snare and found himself dangling from a tree. Butch liberated him and they continued to investigate the area finding a tree where a CS soldier had been savaged and skewered. In a heightened state of awareness fueled by adrenaline, Ray and Butch both noticed the tail of a large dinosaur disappear behind the back of a golden age ruin and heard someone say, "I'm over here".
In the next few minutes a monster of a dinosaur came out from behind the rubble and assaulted Butch and Ray. Socket came running blasting ice charged buckshot at the creature and after a few almost deadly moments of combat, they managed to fell the creature. Breathing heavily, they looked around and thanked their luck that they survived.

SEEGA and the Primal Rage
Socket, Florida Man, Butch and Ray gathered what they needed for an extended trip tot he south to find the SEEGA settlement leaving Kage and Lexington to runt he first of the 'tours' that would be coming through the area.
They walked for an entire 12 hour day to the south stopping when they neared a pool of fresh water. By the edge oft he pond they saw 4 travelers who were dressed in a fashion that identified them as 'not from around here'.
As they approached they found the individuals to be friendly and were pleased to make the acquaintance of Professors Darlington, Locke and Heart, along with a well armed man named Justin.
The employees of Dinotours Excursions LLC spent some time conversing with the group. Ray learned some more about the local fauna from Prof. Heart while Socket interfaced with Prof. Darlington's data pad and learned of the crew's adventures to this point.
Apparently they were a group of researchers from Char that were investigating rumors of a new strain of very aggressive Seep Fern. They were one part of two that had been taking a broader course north after going far to the south where the swamp got very thick. In the Professors notes, there was mention of a very large settlement about 40 miles more south which somewhat matched a possible description of the SEEGA encampment. The two groups of travelers parted ways on good terms after Justin mentioned they had to get going and the employees of Dinotours made camp for the night.
The following morning they headed out for another leg of the lengthy trip south. Socket and Butch moved as fast as they could with Florida Man, being as board as can be heading far off ahead of the group and Ray wandering east and west along side the general southern travel direction.
As they traveled they found a few more nice areas where it seemed dinosaurs were nesting and spending a lot of time and Socket continued to make tour notes. Ray discovered some more ruins in the distance that looked interesting on a number of occasions and Butch was carefully keeping an eye out for large predators.
Again near the end of their 12 hour day, they noticed three barbarians in the distance. Socket, always leery of people, began to advise approaching with caution but Ray being his pleasant excited self called out a boisterous hello and grabbed the barbarians attention.
The three men were tribe-less nomads who lived in these woods. Ray told them about their settlement to the north and explained there may be an opportunity for trade or work up there if they were interested. The subject of the SEEGA came up and the barbarians explained there was indeed the SEEGA settlement another two days south roughly. The barbarians also warned of a large herd of sauropod in the area that should be avoided if possible.
The following day the journey south continued and about half way through the day they began to encounter extremely large crater sized foot prints. they moved cautiously through the area remembering the Barbarians warning from the day before. Suddenly there was a lour roar and then they ground began to shake as large necks quickly raised from the surrounding forest and then began to move with haste toward Ray, Socket and Butch.
Socket activated his techno wizard boots of speed and in a surprising display of agility, weaved in and out of trees and crashing dinosaur legs to get clear of the stampede. Ray processed the situation a little slowly and narrowly avoided being smashed by grabbing a hold of one of the creatures tails as it thundered past while Butch attempted to stand his ground. With a mechanical whirring sound Butch's minigun came up to speed and he did his best to saw one of the charging creatures legs off. The monster whose leg was damaged very badly collapsed and began to roll toward Butch causing him to fling himself into a footprint as three trees collapsed over him to make a kind of shelter. The creature rolled over him coming to a stop a few hundred yards away and the source of their terror revealed itself to be a pair of Allosaurus. The DTE crew spent a little while catching their breath and then Ray went off to harvest the tail of the collapsed Sauropod.
That evening they made camp near another pond with a massive structure visible int he distance to the south. The following day after they had been traveling for a good 10 hours, they encountered a group of children harvesting nuts and berries wearing distinctive mono colored robes of vibrant purples and reds who identified themselves as members of the SEEGA clan. Ray got an idea for a Raspberry beverage while Butch realized that these plants would be useful back at their settlement and collected a bunch of seedlings and cuttings. They thanked the children for their kindness and then traveled the rest of the way to the SEEGA settlement.
The SEEGA settlement was a very large structure with a huge pit in the middle of it. It was obviously an arena of some kind and there was a thriving civilization occupying it.
When they arrived, Ray traded the dino tail for a large sack of local currency and then started thinking of some kind of gadget to make a frozen treat. Socket was marveling over the amount of tech he was seeing and Butch was just taking it all in.
10 minutes later they watched the evening bout between two T-Rex that were being somehow controlled by a pair of men on either side of the arena. The monsters fought ferociously and after a few minutes one was declared the winner. The crowds abandoned the high seating and made their way into the village that surrounded and intertwined the massive structure. Butch and Socket found comfortable lodging while Ray went and hid in a nearby lake. Sounds of revelry could be heard through most of the night but were not such a disturbance that Butch couldn't rest.
The following day Butch went outside to see if he could find anything interesting while Socket tried in vain to find a waterproof watch and Ray spent most of the day constructing his frozen treat machine to make something he called 'Ice-cream' . After a while Socket decided to try and pursue the reason they were there and found his way over to one of the dinosaur handlers.
Alderic immediately identified Socket as a practitioner of 'The Craft' and was enthusiastic about showing him the control suit they used to do the dinosaur fights. Socket was able to identify that it was part techno-wizard and part something else that he was not 100% familiar with. He was able to interface with the technological portions of the device but was baffled by the rest. At the end of the conversation, Alderic invited him and his cohort to the daily after bout party to discuss a possible business arrangement.
Meanwhile, Butch was observing the village and noticed a group of Kopar barbarians being lead into a n underground passage. They had been bound and appeared to be prisoners. When he attempted to investigate he was stonewalled by the guards. He proceeded to ask around the village but no one was really willing to say much. He found his way to a bar and spoke with a drunken villager who eventually divulged a deep seeded tribal enmity between the SEEGA and the Kopar and who explained the Kopar were often raided and then taken to Sauron specifically; what happened then, he did not know. Butch took great moral objection to this and met back up with the others at the brontosaurus vendor. There he learned a tiny bit more but was still no wiser as to the fate of the Kopar, but easily assumed they were being fed to the dinosaur. The Bronto vendor did not appear to have a moral issue with this and this further disturbed Butch.
While waiting for the evening meeting, Butch tried somewhat in vain to explain social and moral responsibility to Ray and Socket again went off in search of a waterproof watch.
